What we collect and why
This site collects personal information only when you choose to send it: the contact form and the chat widget accept your name, a way to reach you, and your message. That information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to continue the conversation you started. We do not sell or rent personal information.
The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tracking pixels, or fingerprinting. A single value in your browser's sessionStorage records that you dismissed the notice banner; it never leaves your device and expires when the browsing session ends.
Calculators and estimates
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The values you enter are not transmitted, stored, or logged. Calculator results are estimates for information only and are not a loan offer, quote, rate quote, preapproval, or commitment to lend.
Consent
No data is collected until you actively submit a form or chat message. Submitting the form is your consent to be contacted about your inquiry. Each submission is recorded with a timestamp so consent can be demonstrated.
Security and technical data
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection to a server function that forwards them for response. Where an IP address is processed for abuse prevention, it is hashed with SHA-256 before any storage; raw IP addresses are not retained.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted, unless a longer period is required by law or you become a client, in which case loan file records follow the retention rules that apply to mortgage transactions.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the personal information this site holds about you, ask that it be corrected, or ask that it be deleted. Send your request through the contact page or by phone; requests are also accepted at the site's data request endpoints (/api/data-request and /api/data-delete). We respond within thirty days.
Third parties
Form delivery, spam protection, and chat replies are provided by infrastructure vendors acting as processors on our behalf. They receive only what is needed to deliver the service and may not use it for their own purposes. This site loads no third party advertising or social media trackers.
Changes to this policy
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new updated date. Continued use of the forms after a change means the new version applies to new submissions.
